The Law School of Tecnológico de Monterrey requested Acedo Santamarina… to design a case to be studied and solved by students of the last semester of the Law School, as a graduation requirement and as part of the innovation program of the university.
Acedo Santamarina’s civil and commercial litigation area designed the case based on disputes in which the firm’s lawyers have successfully represented the interests of our clients, combining litigation, negotiation and other alternative dispute resolution methods.
The students were evaluated by lawyers from our firm, government agencies and other recognized firms in Mexico City.
