Marcos has seven years of experience handling business-related disputes arising from contractual relationships and corporate liability. He has participated in both judicial and administrative proceedings involving companies before regulatory authorities and courts, working on matters concerning the enforcement, nullity and breach of obligations, commercial damages, and conflicts involving real property and proprietary rights. His practice spans sectors such as public infrastructure, telecommunications, digital services, and transportation, representing domestic and international companies in matters requiring careful legal and procedural analysis.

He has developed particular expertise in corporate criminal liability, especially in the assessment and management of potential criminal exposure arising from business operations. He advises organizations on identifying criminal risks and implementing compliance structures designed to prevent liabilities for both the company and its executives. He also takes part directly in criminal proceedings from the initial investigative stage, responding to requests from authorities, examining relevant information, and defining procedural strategies consistent with the principles of the accusatory criminal system. This combination of preventive work and direct involvement in criminal proceedings enables him to address corporate disputes through a comprehensive, risk-focused approach.

Marcos holds a Law Degree with highest honors from Tecnológico de Monterrey. He is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Prosecution and Criminal Justice under the Accusatory System at the National Institute of Criminal Sciences (INACIPE), strengthening his training in case theory, investigative techniques, and procedural criminal analysis. He also completed a diploma in Alternative Dispute Resolution at the Institute for Alternative Justice of Jalisco (2023). His academic and professional background reflects a consistent commitment to rigorous legal study, methodological discipline, and a deep understanding of dispute-resolution processes.
