Juan Ignacio Ferrer is an associate at Acedo Santamarina, specializing in Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A). With more than 4 years of experience, he advises both Mexican and foreign clients in a wide range of transactions and corporate matters, including cross-border M&A operations, corporate restructurings, debt restructuring, regulatory compliance, corporate governance structures and succession planning.

His practice focuses on designing, structuring and implementing complex corporate transactions, conducting legal due diligence, and negotiating and drafting the related contractual documentation. Juan Ignacio’s experience also extends to providing ongoing legal advice to companies regarding corporate governance, shareholders’ agreements, and investment structures in Mexico.
