Founding Partner of the Firm. Graduate of the Escuela Libre de Derecho. He was a partner for several years at the law firm De Ovando y Martínez del Campo, S.C. (now Jones Day), where he worked for nearly two decades. He also worked for several years as a Foreign Legal Consultant at the law firm Vinson & Elkins LLP, headquartered in Houston, Texas.

He has extensive experience in corporate and business law. He has actively participated in domestic and international transactions, working closely with renowned companies and national and international law firms.

He has advised public and private companies on all types of infrastructure projects, mergers, acquisitions, strategic partnerships (joint ventures), financing through capital and debt markets, privatizations, public tenders, franchises, and real estate projects, among others.

His practice includes management and advisory services for companies and family offices, as well as estate planning.
