Pedro Santamarina N.
Founding Partner of the Firm. Graduated from Escuela Libre de Derecho. He was a partner for several years of the law firm De Ovando y Martínez del Campo, S.C. (now Jones Day) of which he was a member for nearly two decades. He also worked for several years as a Foreign Legal Consultant at Vinson & Elkins LLP, headquartered in Houston, Texas.
He has extensive experience in corporate and business law. He has actively participated in domestic and international operations, working together with renowned national and international companies and law firms.
He has advised public and private companies on all types of infrastructure projects, mergers, acquisitions, strategic associations (joint ventures), financing through capital and debt markets, privatizations, public tenders, franchises and real estate projects, among others.
His practice includes economic competition and succession planning.
