Enrique López M.
Enrique López is partner of the firm, he specializes in national and international commercial transactions. His professional practice focuses mainly on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and has extensive experience in operations related to corporate structures, public procurement, telecommunications and anti-trust matters. Previously, he collaborated with Barrera Siqueiros y Torres Landa, S.C. (today Hogan Lovells), in the public procurement area.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in law from Universidad Iberoamericana; where he also coursed studies in Political Science and Public Administration. He also holds a master’s degree on Economic Law from Universidad Panamericana, where he collaborates as a professor in the Introduction to Commercial Law and Corporations Law, Corporate Governance and Political Theory lectures.
